7 Tips to Create Good Thoughts

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
This law teaches us that all energy is constantly moving—and eventually, that energy will take physical form.
From what we know through other Universal Laws, thoughts are a form of energy too. So what does that mean for us? It’s simple: our thoughts, over time, materialize. This law doesn’t filter, judge, or pick favorites. It responds without bias. What we think about, we bring about.
Because this law doesn’t sort through which thoughts we meant to focus on and which we didn’t, things can get complicated—especially when we’re trying to create a life of abundance. For example, if you think, “I wish I had lots of money,” but then follow it up with, “But that could never happen for me,” the law responds to both thoughts. One cancels the other out.
Understandably, some people feel overwhelmed by this idea. We all have odd or even disturbing thoughts from time to time—are we really creating with those? Thankfully, no. We’re not at the mercy of random passing thoughts, but we are influenced by the thoughts we dwell on most often. With millions of fleeting thoughts each day, not all of them stick. But the ones we repeat, the ones we focus on—those are the ones that activate this law.
And that’s where we gain power. When we consistently fuel our minds with strong, positive, aligned thoughts, this law can support us in creating health, deep relationships, and wealth.
Beliefs
Our minds are powerful, and they’re designed to discard anything that doesn’t align with our existing belief system. If you say, “I’d love to have lots of money,” but deep down you believe “Money is the root of all evil” or “It doesn’t grow on trees,” then your mind rejects the first thought as unrealistic.
Leslie Householder, in her Mindset Mastery program, maintains that our old programs contained in the subconscious literally control the choices you make and the actions we take (Householder, 2016, p. 142)
Why does this happen? Because you’ve spent years reinforcing those limiting beliefs. So even if you think something positive, like being financially free, it contradicts your subconscious programming—and your results will reflect that.
Want to know what you really believe? Look at your life. Our financial situations, relationships, and careers are often a mirror of what’s been rooted in our subconscious for years.
Worry
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy responds to the dominant thoughts we carry—especially the ones we repeat often. And worry is a prime example. When we worry, we’re meditating on what we don’t want. And if those are the thoughts we focus on most, guess what ends up manifesting?
If you’re not happy with what you’re experiencing, it’s a signal to shift your focus. Start feeding your mind with thoughts of what you do want, instead of what you don’t. Will it be easy? Not necessarily. You’ve likely been thinking in a certain pattern for years. But it is possible.
They say it takes 30 days to form a habit—and the same goes for your thoughts. Hold onto the new thought long enough, and eventually your mind will begin to accept it.
Since this law works in harmony with your most dominant thoughts, it’s up to you to intentionally choose the thoughts you want to build your life around. Here are a few ways to help make those positive thoughts stick:
-
Create a vision board
-
Read or listen to inspiring content
-
Surround yourself with positive messages
-
Act as if what you desire is already yours
-
Practice daily gratitude
With consistency, the Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy can become one of your greatest allies.
