Making Positive Changes that Stick

There’s an incredible law of nature you need to know about—especially if you’re ready to make powerful, lasting change. It’s called the Law of Vibration. And trust me, if you’re trying to shift your life in a real, meaningful way, this is one law you can’t afford to ignore.
The Law of Vibration says that everything—yes, everything—has a vibration. And the things you draw into your life are a direct match to your current vibrational state. If your vibration aligns with what you want, you’ll attract it. If it doesn’t, you’ll repel it.
Here’s the kicker: you can’t change the vibration of the thing you want—but you can change your own. And once you do, once your vibration matches your desire, you’ll start to move toward it—and it will start moving toward you. You only have to meet it halfway.
Phenomenal, right?
Think about it: you don’t have to chase everything down with brute force. Your job is to tune your internal frequency, like a radio station. Once you’re on the same frequency, you’re magnetized to the thing you seek. That’s your 50%. The universe handles the rest.
Let’s say you’ve misplaced your car keys. You know they’re around here somewhere, but you’ve looked everywhere and still can’t find them. What if I told you the problem isn’t your eyes—but your vibration?
If you’re frantic, stressed, or annoyed, your energy is mismatched with finding the keys. But shift your state—breathe, visualize the moment you find them, feel the relief of holding them—and suddenly, they appear… often in a place you’ve already looked. That’s the Law of Vibration in action.
So how do you shift your vibration?
It happens in three steps:
1. Change your thoughts
2. Change your emotions
3. Take action
Step 1: Change your thoughts.
Your thoughts are the root of your vibration. If you want to shift your energy, start there. Choose thoughts that align with what you want, not what you fear.
Step 2: Change your emotions.
Your emotions are your vibrational GPS. They reveal whether you’re attracting or repelling what you want. When your thoughts improve, your emotions follow—and that’s when your frequency really begins to change.
Step 3: Take action.
This isn’t about sitting around wishing. You’ve got to “move your feet.” Inspired action taken from an aligned emotional state is powerful—it creates real momentum.
Let me show you how this played out in my own life.
Growing up, I had no clue what the Law of Vibration was. I didn’t realize I was already using it—just not in my favor. I was shy, quiet, and incredibly self-conscious. Talking to people made me anxious, so I didn’t. Not surprisingly, I had a hard time making or keeping friends. And let’s be honest… it’s tough to be around someone who never talks.
That pattern followed me through high school and graduation.
Then came college. Something shifted. I decided—without knowing anything about vibration—that I was going to stop worrying so much about what people thought. I was going to show up differently. I changed my thoughts about myself and how others saw me. That led to new feelings—confidence, openness—and those emotions led to action. I started speaking up. Saying hi. Engaging. And guess what? The friends came naturally.
It worked. My vibration changed, and so did my results.
Just like the keys, connection had been there the whole time. I just couldn’t access it until I tuned into the right frequency.
Now it’s your turn.
You want better results? Adjust your vibration. Use the Law. Don’t wait until “someday.” Start now. Change your thoughts. Choose better feelings. Take one small action. The momentum will build.
Commit to change. Do it now. The life you want is already seeking you—just tune in.
