Last week I brought my friend Cosimo into our Weekly Forum as a guest presenter. You may or may not have been there—but you don’t need to have been for this message below to make sense...

Cosimo introduced an idea that has stayed with me:
What is the “crack” in your life that keeps coming back?

Maybe it’s money, a relationship, procrastination, overthinking, feeling like you’re not enough... A pattern that seems to disappear for a while but then... (different circumstances, different people, different year) ...there it is again.

His analogy was a house with a crack in the structure. You can patch it. Paint over it. Make it look better. But if the crack keeps returning, eventually you have to quit asking, “How do I fix this crack?” and start asking...

“What is happening underneath it?”

Because the visible problem may not actually be the problem, it may just be a clue.

Cosimo’s work is about going underneath the results and behaviors we see on the surface to examine the beliefs, emotions, patterns, meanings, and internal “rules” that make up the foundation underneath them.

At the end of the Forum (video above), he mentioned something I didn't expect:

He has a three-hour interactive online workshop this Thursday, September 3, called ONE Shot, where participants will actually choose one recurring pattern and begin examining with him what may be underneath it. You’ll look across 13 areas of your life, identify a pattern worth exploring, and then focus deeply on one.

Normally, he charges $997 for this three-hour experience, but he offered to let our Rare Faith community attend FREE.

And because it happens to be at the same time as our regular Weekly Forum, I thought:

Why compete with it? Why not do this instead? 🤷

So this Thursday, I’m encouraging our entire community to take advantage of Cosimo’s training, in lieu of our regularly scheduled Weekly Forum.

A little transparency: this is a shortened introduction to Cosimo’s much deeper four-day "ONE" experience, and he will tell you about that program while you’re there. There’s no obligation to do anything beyond the three-hour workshop.

I’m recommending this because I’ve personally known Cosimo and his work for years. My family went through one of his trainings about five years ago, and I’ve seen firsthand his unusual ability to help people understand and use their minds more powerfully.
