The Perfect Lot

The Law of Vibration states that everything is in a state of movement, and that vibration is the medium through which signals are transferred.
Everything vibrates—the desk, the curtain, the soda bottle, everything. We live in what’s often called an "ocean of motion," and it’s true. Whether we realize it or not, everything is constantly moving, including us. Like gravity, the Law of Vibration is always in effect, regardless of whether we understand it.
One of the lesser-known aspects of this law is that our thoughts also vibrate. Just like a radio tower sends out a signal that can only be picked up by the right frequency, our thoughts send out a vibrational signal that connects with other things on that same frequency. So, when we think thoughts of lack or worry, we actually tune ourselves to receive more lack and worry.
This is why it’s so important to understand how this law works. What you don’t know can still affect you—and not always in the way you want. Here are four ways you can begin using the Law of Vibration to your benefit instead of your detriment:
1. Be intentional with your thoughts and words.
Too often, we focus on what we don’t want—and then we wonder why we keep getting it. Thoughts like “I’ve got to get out of debt” keep us stuck in the vibration of debt. Avoid words like: lack, despair, fat, debt, pain, failure, etc. Instead, choose words and thoughts that carry a higher frequency: love, peace, health, wealth, abundance, joy.
2. Pay attention to your results—they reflect your subconscious thoughts.
Some of our thoughts come from deep within the subconscious, and we’re not always aware of them. So how do we know what’s going on inside? Look at your life. Your current circumstances reveal what you’ve been in harmony with. If you don’t like what you see, don’t panic—just begin shifting your thoughts, and the fastest way to do that is through gratitude.
3. Practice gratitude daily.
Keep a gratitude journal. Give thanks for everything—even the small things. As you shift your thoughts, your emotions will follow. And as your emotional state improves, so will your life circumstances. Your feelings are powerful—they reflect your inner state. Pay close attention to them.
4. Use “I Am” statements to align with your true spiritual identity.
We are not just physical beings—we are also divine, spiritual beings. If you want to change your inner vibration, use intentional “I Am” statements. Affirm your truth, even if it feels unfamiliar at first:
“I am healthy.”
“I am organized.”
“I am kind.”
“I am strong.”
“I am wealthy.”
Your subconscious might resist, but your spirit knows the truth. Over time, your inner and outer world will begin to match the vibration of those statements.
When I look back on my life, I can see how this law has quietly been at work—both in the blessings I received and the struggles I experienced.
For instance, in high school, I wanted a new flute more than anything. I had no idea what the Law of Vibration was at the time, but I unknowingly brought myself into harmony with that desire—and a way was made for me to get it.
Years later, I stumbled upon a new neighborhood that caught my attention. It had lakes, a community pool, and a lovely layout. I spotted a particular lot and thought, “That’s going to be the best one.” The developer agreed, but said it wouldn’t be available for a couple of years. I took my family out to explore it, and we enjoyed imagining what it would be like to live there. We even threw rocks into the lake and watched frogs leap around—just playing and feeling the joy of already being there.
Time passed. I didn’t think about it much. But one day, out of the blue, I felt prompted to go back. The very lot I’d loved had gone on the market the day before. We acted fast, and now we live in a home we absolutely love—on what many of our neighbors say is the best lot in the neighborhood.
That’s the Law of Vibration in action.
You can begin applying it right now. Start with those four simple practices, and watch how your world begins to shift. The life you truly want is waiting for you to get in harmony with it.
